Just kräftorna has a very special place here at Ullinge with origins that stretch back to the 1930s, when Flight Lieutenant Gösta von Porat once started this wonderful tradition. The source lake Södra Wixen is a rich kräft water and guarantees many fine kräfts on the bulging barrels. 

In order for us to give you the best experience possible, we would appreciate it if you would book your kräftskiva at least a week in advance, so we have time to prepare everything down to the smallest detail.
