WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Hotel Ullinge via our official company name Eksjö Hotel & Hospitality AB with corporate ID number 559318-2651, with relevant sister companies (collectively referred to as "MSHG") is the data controller for the processing of your personal data and is responsible for ensuring that such processing takes place in a lawful manner.

Transfer to third country

How long does Hotel Ullinge store your personal data?

Hotel Ullinge only stores your personal data for as long as it is necessary for us to fulfill the purpose of the processing in each individual case and as long as there is a customer relationship or is necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy and the applicable laws.

Upon termination of the agreement, Hotel Ullinge and MSHG will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable time after termination, unless other Swedish or European law, court or authority states otherwise. Your data may be saved based on a balance of interests if there are security or economic reasons. How long your personal data as a user is stored with us varies depending on the purpose for which it was collected. Personal data processed for invoicing is saved as long as it is used as a basis for accounting.
