Meet in the middle of the Småland idyll and kickstart the year together with the team with an inspiring conference in the Småland highlands. Combine a rewarding conference with an exciting and interesting wine tasting held by our very own sommelier Hanna. Right now we have a fantastic offer for everyone who books a 2-day conference package during January - April 2024. The conference price includes a wine tasting with our fantastic sommelier Hanna, worth 495 kr / person. The perfect team activity where both benefit and pleasure are combined in the very best way.
How does a wine tasting work?
HEAR OUR SOMMELIER HANNA TELL US
Combining your conference with a wine tasting is perfect, as it is a very social activity for the whole group. Together you learn new things and gain new knowledge about both the drink and the associated history. It is a nice activity where you get inspired together as a group and where many often have an “aha” experience. Maybe you learn to appreciate a drink or grape that you previously didn’t have a full understanding of.
Our sommelier Hanna always has a theme for the tasting. That is, either you start from a country, a grape variety or a certain type of wine. This can of course be combined according to your taste and preference together with Hanna, so that your group gets a s1TP4Customized experience. The tasting takes about 1.5 hours and during that time Hanna intersperses interesting information about the drink being tasted with tips and of course some "inside information" that can be good to know about the drink in question. Questions and thoughts that come up are answered during the tasting, which makes it a really nice time together for the whole group. A perfect way to start the evening where the idea is to learn something in combination with having fun together.
Hanna is an Eksjö girl who has worked in many areas of the restaurant and hotel profession and after a few years felt that she wanted to further develop some of her skills in the industry. She then chose to attend the three-year college program Sommelier & Mealkrheater at the prestigious Grythyttan, where she now holds a Bachelor of Philosophy degree. Hanna has had the privilege of working at two restaurants that have become White Guide classified during her time there. In her free time, she enjoys a good glass of Austrian wine, spending time with her family and of course her four-legged friends in the stable. As a mealkrheater and sommelier, Hanna would of course like to send you a little tip regarding our menu; Ullinges kräftsoppa combined with a glass of Riesling is a winning combo.
